Nastąpiła poprawa jeśli chodzi o ilość i jakość plemników. Jednak gdy zaczynał kurację rzucił palenie, IQOS’a również, zaczął ćwiczyć, zdrowiej się odżywiać, dodawaliśmy do diety więcej warzyw i owoców, ryb, owoców morza, ograniczył alkohol (2 piwa to nie dużo :D), jednak spożywał go znacznie rzadziej albo w ogóle.
Ciężko zatem powiedzieć czy sam PROfertil tylko poprawił w/w jakość i ilość, jednak na pewno pomógł w trzymaniu zdrowego trybu życia, więc na pewno pomógł niebezpośrednio. Właśnie oczekujemy na dziecko :)), choć staraliśmy się wcześniej przez kilka miesięcy.

Trzeba stosować dłużej, co najmniej 3 miesiące wg mojego lekarza no i pamiętać trzeba, że to nie cudowny lek i do tego tez potrzebna jest odpowiednia dieta i sposob życia. Mi pomogło poprawić parametry nasienia i morfologia też się poprawiła. polecam 🙂
